This Spanish style stucco building sits on the corner of Mississippi Ave. and Huron St. just off Santa Dr and I-25. Just South of Downtown Denver with easy access to anywhere in the Denver Metro Area. Featuring 25 Office/warehouse units with 500 to 800 s/f of nicely finished office space, one restroom, and 700 s/f of warehouse space with 10 x 10 or 10 x 12 overhead doors, all units have heat and air-conditioning in the office and heat in the warehouse.

The rest of the facility is a well maintained 322 unit storage facility with drive-up overhead doors and units ranging from 5 x 10's to 40 x 35's. Our on-site managers are well trained to help our guests and tenants with their storage and office needs.

We sell locks, boxes and moving supplies.

Open 7 days per week, closed on major Holidays. Offices are open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
